Kyoik is a platform where trainers, coaches, consultants, and subject-matter experts publish their own interactive course pages and share them with their participants. You tell us your topic, we build and host your course on the platform, and your participants access it via a simple link on any device.

Trainers, coaches, consultants, and subject-matter experts in any field. If you deliver workshops, run training sessions, or coach clients, Kyoik gives you a place to share your knowledge online so participants can learn from you at any time, not just during a live session.
What topics can I publish on Kyoik?
Any area where you have genuine expertise. Courses on Kyoik cover topics like ESG, cybersecurity, financial planning, AI tools, business English, leadership, project management, trading, and more. If you teach it, we can build it.
How is Kyoik different from a regular course platform?
Most course platforms are built for selling paid courses and require you to design, write, and configure everything yourself. Kyoik is built for trainers and coaches who want to share knowledge with their participants, not sell a product. We build and host it for you. No tech setup, no design skills needed.
Getting Started
What do I need to provide to get started?
Very little. Share your topic, your audience, and any materials you already have such as slides, notes, or outlines. No materials? Just tell us your subject and we research and create the content. You review and approve everything before it goes live.
How long does it take to get my course live?
Typically about three weeks. Week 1: we agree on topic, scope, and branding. Week 2: we build the lessons, quizzes, and design. Week 3: you review, we refine, and it goes live. Contact us if you need it sooner.
Can I see examples before I decide?
Yes. Visit the Kyoik homepage to browse live courses from real trainers. Try any of them to experience exactly what your participants would see, including the lessons, quizzes, and AI assistant.
For Your Participants
How do my participants access the course?
They click a link you share with them via WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, or any other channel you use. No app needed. The course opens in any browser on any device. To track their own progress and take quizzes, participants log in with a simple account that takes under a minute to set up.
Can I keep my course private, just for my own participants?
Yes. You choose how your course is shared. Public means it is listed on Kyoik and findable online, good for building your profile and reaching new people. Private means it is accessible only by people you share the link with, good for existing clients and workshop participants. You can change this anytime.
Can I share the course before or after a workshop?
Yes, and many trainers do both. Share it before a session as a pre-event primer so participants arrive prepared. Share it after as a follow-up so they can revisit key concepts. Use it as an onboarding resource for new clients, or as a value-add for existing ones. One course, many uses.
What's Included
What is included in my course on Kyoik?
Every course on Kyoik includes interactive lessons and quizzes with randomised question banks, an AI learning assistant that answers participant questions in real time, AI-powered audio narration, embedded videos, progress tracking, your branding throughout, mobile-friendly design, and full hosting. We build and maintain it all.
Do I need to write the course content myself?
No. We research and write the content based on your topic and expertise. You review and approve everything to make sure it sounds like you and is accurate. If you already have materials, we work from those.
Can I update the course content later?
Yes. If your topic changes, you want to add modules, or update existing information, just let us know. Your course can grow as your expertise does.
Can I have more than one course?
Yes. You can have multiple courses on different topics, each with its own branded page and shareable link. Mention it in your enquiry and we will discuss the options.

What is the AI learning assistant?
Every course includes a built-in AI assistant that participants can ask questions while they study. It is seeded with your course content so it gives relevant answers about your topic. It keeps participants engaged and answers questions around the clock without you needing to be available.
Does the course work on mobile devices?
Yes. Every course is fully mobile-responsive. Participants can complete lessons, take quizzes, listen to audio narration, and watch embedded videos on any smartphone or tablet. No app needed, no pinching or zooming required.
Can I track how my participants are doing?
Each participant sees their own progress as they go through the course. For aggregate data across all participants, contact us to discuss enhanced tracking options.
